Why Comoros says the Anjouan lisence is not real

An Australian investigation published at the end of 2025 traced the network behind the certificates to a handful of individuals operating out of the UK, the UAE and Canada, selling not just gamblng permits but financial licenses under the same island branding. the legal basis cited on the documents leans on a 2005 statute that later national law superseded.
Frankly, none of this stopped anything. The licenses are still being sold. Operators still buy them...... Curacao also gives players six months from a disputed bet to file. that is a real, dated, enforceable window. Anjouan gives you an email addres belonging to the company you are in dispute with.
